Exchange Policy

  1. All items on the site are made to order. There is no exchange or refund.
  2. Exchange is only possible to customers with returnable items in possession of a valid, original receipt or proof of purchase, provided the merchandise is returned unworn/unused, NOT perfumed, not defective and NOT damaged in any way with the original tags still attached packed to its original packaging condition.
  3.  Exchange after alteration or special order is NOT accepted. The customer is completely responsible for any alteration and special order measurements. we will NOT be held responsible for any alteration and special order mistake. 
  4.  Non-returnable and non-refundable Items bought on sale are NOT allowed to be exchanged.
  5.  The exchanged product must be of the same value or higher. It is NOT allowed to exchange an item for a gift card. An exchange is only possible ONCE for the same item.

  7. The customer will be responsible for arranging the shipment to a courier and paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping duration may also vary depending on the point of origin. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. The customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any damages/loss incurred during the transit of the item will NOT be our responsibility. 
  2.  Upon receiving the returned item/s, our customer service representative will send you an email to notify you that we have received your shipment. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange once an inspection of the item/s is completed.
  3.  Free shipping is NOT applicable for exchanged items.
  4. If the item was marked as agift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

DELIVERY:

  • At Stitch label we offer Worldwide delivery for both local and international shipping through our shipping partner, DHL.
  • Your purchase will be shipped to you within 4-6 weeks from the day we receive the payment.
  • You can track your shipping by visiting DHL TRACKING and enter your tracking number.
  • We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays and KSA Public holidays.
